PURCHASE PROCEDURE
When the purchaser and the seller agree on price, the purchaser pays a certain deposit and a real-estate contract is drawn up by us. Then, a date of deed transfer is set. And we control for a last time whether there is any problem on the real-estate. If there is no problem, we follow all transactions as Mykonut and provide deed transfer uneventfully. Appointment about the deed and all other legal transactions are carried out by us.
Foreign citizens can have possession of deed upon the permission document given by the Aegean Army Command as a result of application there. The period for deed acquisition is approximately 6 weeks.Transactions are completed within one working day after the permission document is received.
Real-Estate purchase & sale tax is 4 %.
We always advise our clients to budget 8% to be added on top of their property purchase price to cover all expenses and additional costs of purchase.

Seller: Identity card and its photocopy, 1 colour passport-sized photo, Deeds (Tapu) photocopy, document of real-estate value statement from the Municipality, tax number
Buyer: Identity card and its photocopy, 2 colour passport-sized photos, DASK, tax number
